Duck and goose feathers are mostly used, and the small feathers and down are separated by washing and used as the flock of down jackets. There are two kinds of down, gray and white, the white one is better. The quality of the puffer jacket is related to the amount of cashmere and cashmere. The amount of down filling refers to the weight of down that is flocked into a down jacket, expressed in grams, generally about 250 grams. The amount of down filling is small and the warmth retention is poor; the down content refers to the content of down in the down, expressed in percentages, and the general down content is the amount of down. 50% to 80%. The higher the cashmere content, the better the quality.
②The coated fabric is made of silk, cotton, cotton polyester and other fabrics with high warp and weft yarns. After rolling and pressing, the gap between the warp and weft yarns is reduced, and then coated with polymer slurry to form a transparent film interlinked with the fabric. The cover layer is used to close the warp and weft gaps of the fabric, and fluorine-phosphorus resin or silicone water repellent is added to the coating slurry to make the fabric have the properties of anti-dew velvet and anti-water seepage.
